New Zealand Artist 'Andrew Whyte' featuring beautiful oil paintings of New Zealand. Enjoy the current and the archive galleries of landscape paintings showing the development of the artist on his website. Many paintings are for sale and some are local to the Bay of Plenty and East Coast as well as many South Island Scenes.

Composition and balance play a strong part in the way Andrew creates the paintings. The use of paint and colour gives a luminosity and depth. Andrew has had works selected in many art awards and won top prizes in my category and his work has sold throughout New Zealand and overseas.

If you are keen to learn about painting then you may visit the free 'Oil Painting for Beginners' tutorial page on his website and the more advanced free e-book 'Painting Landscapes' and follow the development of a single painting.

Andrew will be pleased to discuss the purchase any of the available paintings possibly with in-home demonstrations.
