Join us to discover the fascinating world of our local kiwi population and the dedicated volunteers working tirelessly to protect these national treasures and other native species. Listen closely for the calls of kiwi and weka as you explore the enchanting night landscape. But it's not just about birds – you'll also encounter an array of plant life, nocturnal creatures like spiders and wētā, and stunning glow-in-the-dark fungi!

While spotting a wild kiwi is unlikely (they're quite shy around humans!), the experience promises plenty of other wonders. Our journey takes us off the beaten path, so a reasonable level of fitness is recommended. Please note that this adventure may not be suitable for children under 8 years old.
